Marissa N. Kindberg

Marissa N. Kindberg is an associate at Anselmi & Carvelli LLP, focusing her practice on a diverse range of civil matters, including contract, employment, and environmental issues. With a background rooted in the insurance vertical, Marissa possesses an in-depth knowledge of insurance case law and coverage analysis in complex and diverse situations. This skillset brings a unique perspective to Marissa’s work, encompassing both insurance litigation and other types of work with a compliance component.

Marissa earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and served as the Associate Editor for the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. Additionally, she worked as a student attorney at the Rutgers Education and Health Law Clinic, providing pro bono representation to parents of students with disabilities. She received her B.A. in Political Science from The College of New Jersey.
